Fourways Mall is South Africa's largest mall by leasable area: 178,000m² of retail and entertainment across 400+ stores that attracts 1.2 million visitors per month.
Originally built in 1994 and dramatically expanded in 2019, it has been undergoing a serious tenant curation refresh under new management that is already showing results: increasing spend per head and growing footfall.
